Summer Camps & Conferences

 During the summer, to best accommodate camp and conference diners, Food Services offers an all-you-care-to-eat facility at Rivers Street Café in Roess Dining Hall. This facility serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner for on-campus visitors.

Food Services also operates Cascades Café in Plemmons Student Union and Sanford Commons in Roess Dining Hall. App Catering offers on and off campus services including coffee breaks, cookouts, gourmet buffets and formal dinners.

*Children are considered 4 to 10 years old. Children under 3 are free.  

Breakfast  - Adult $8.10, Child $6

Lunch  - Adult $8.90, Child $6.75

Dinner - Adult $9.35, Child $7.15
