On Tuesday, February 13, Park Place at the Pond will be offering a lunch full of New Orleans flavors and festive desserts in honor of Mardi Gras.
Mardi Gras Lunch (served 11 a.m. until 4 p.m.)
- Chicken & Shrimp Etouffee - A mix of proteins and vegetables with accents of Louisiana spices
- Red Beans and Rice (V+) - A classic combination worth celebrating
- Cajun Shrimp and Grits - A taste of the old bay with a cajun kick
- Creole Crab Cakes w/ Remoulade - Crab cakes in a tangy, spiced sauce
