Executive Chef Jules Bott invites the Appalachian community to enjoy a fresh, new steak day menu. This semester, Homestyle Classics in Rivers Street Cafe is serving prime rib, two housemade sides, bread and a drink for $12.*
Slow Roasted Garlic Cured Prime Rib au jus & Horsey Cream (GF)
Served with a choice of baked potato (V+) (GF) or sweet potato (V+) (GF) (L), creamed spinach (V), and grilled asparagus (V) (GF)
And a side of roll or garlic bread stick, and a 24 oz. sweet tea or soft drink.
